Solution 2 - Outsource It_

Under this option your practice or business will have full access to the EBC via the ASP model. Additionally, Zotec will provide all labor for a reasonable percentage of the amounts collected. All necessary hardware will be provided once your current hardware has been assessed and needed items have been determined. The initial scan (backlog) of paper records will be done by your staff, but we will loan you a high-end scanner if you do not already have one in your office.

Includes all the features of the ASP option as well as all labor expenses including:

• All billing service functionality
• All claims, courier and postage costs
• All patient phone calls
• 24-hour access to detailed reports (per code, per carrier, etc.)
• Annual ICD, UPIN and zip code updates
• Monthly reporting packages
