Unique Word™ templates speed up transcription. Once dictated reports are ready to be transcribed, transcriptionists are able to select the patient from a list, listen to the dictation and select from client specific Word templates or transcribe abnormal reports directly into Word. The transcribed document is then sent to the physician, where the physician can approve or amend the document and send it back. If the physician approves the document, it can be immediately faxed to the referring provider or sent to a print que.
