The EZ Med Portal gives patients a voice too
It allows patients to securely update their insurance information, pay a bill online or print out a detailed summary of their account activity, reducing calls to the physician’s office.

Patients could also be given the ability to make appointment requests on line, or submit pre-visit forms further reducing office staff administration time and patient’s in-office waiting time.

Once a patient sets up an online account, offices will be able to send e-statements instead of paper ones, eliminating enormous paper and postage costs associated with this task.
