Full EBC integration ensures there’s no language barrier preventing communication
EZ Med Portal is fully integrated with the EBC, in fact, the line of communication is so clear, that payments and insurance updates automatically populate work files in the EBC and allow users to accept additions or payments with only a few button clicks.

EZ Med Portal also allows “requests for information” to be documented and tracked directly in the EBC. This eliminates the inherent challenges of front/back office communication. Third party hospital files can be retrieved and scheduled to download directly in the EBC. Or clients can use the Webscan feature to securely scan documents directly into it as well.
