Daily information is updated by placing the Z-Pad in its docking cradle and uploading the information to the system servers. ChartzOnline is integrated with EBC and immediately processes charges and claims when daily updates occur. An internet connection is only necessary for uploads and downloads, eliminating processing delays during visits. When combined with EBC Appointment Scheduler, ChartzOnline automatically downloads records for future appointments and gives physicians instant access to patient charts. If a physician practices at other locations, ChartzOnline eliminates the risk of loss, theft, or damage when transporting records.  |
